Help with Masterbath redesign please

I am confused about the best way to go with my redesign. The primary thing we want to do with the bathroom is to substantially increase the size of shower. I am trying to figure out if it would be more cost effective to move the plumbing to the other wall of the shower and decrease the size of the bath area or break into the hallway. I would love any input.
