Leviton timer switch, 500W, 1000W

We just bought a house. We'll have the exhaust fans in the bathrooms (~50 sq ft) replaced to Panasonic ones, and controlled by timer switch (10min-20min-30min-60min). I saw Leviton timer switch has 500W, 600W, 1000W, and 1800W with neutral required or not required. Is 500W with neutral not required the right one to choose? The timer switch and GFIC outlet will be on the same plate.

Thank you very much.

Probably 500w is fine as long as incandescent/halogen lamps aren't on the same switch. But check the wattage or amperage on the sticker on the fan (or the box or documentation), add it to the combined wattage of any lights controlled by the switch and make sure it's well below what the switch can handle. If the figure for the fan's power usage is in amps rather than watts, multiply by 120 (or line voltage).
