| And I love it that you have outfitted your room with grab rails! I want to see more too, such as the cabinets, floor, window, shower and the transition to the room from the shower. Lovely. |

| Thanks all! It was a lot of work, and took 8 months total. (Ouch.) My husband did everything himself. We gutted everything and installed new subfloor, all new plumbing and electric, Schluter-KERDI shower system, Schluter-DITRA floor underlayment, Schluter-RONDEC edges, etc... We also incorporated a really cool feature which I will post later, which is a slide-out towel rack in its own cabinet with 2 fans and a humidity sensor to always dry the towels quickly! (You can see the door just the right of the shower). Here are the details. I'll take some more pics too. Vanity, counter, sinks, wall cabinet, shower door: All from Porcelanosa The only thing we haven't picked yet is backsplash tile. P.S. Enduring, the grab bars were only in the old bathroom. |
