bathtub faucet leaking - help

I have a real old bathtub faucet that leaks really bad. You turn on the hot water and water pours out the hot and cold water handles. I can not identify what faucet it is to get a repair kit. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do. Or if I send you pictures can you please try and help me identify it..

Can you post a photo here? OR at the Plumbing Forum? For starters, turn off the water supply, then unscrew the handles. Probably worn out old washers in there. You can take one of those old washers to the hardware store and get some that are the same size.
