comments needed: 5x10 shared bath, which option?

this is going to be a shared bathroom between 2 bedrooms. yup, 5x10, that's all the space we have:(

which option is more practical?
The one on the left seems more private as everything is inside a door
But the one on the right seems more useful: if someone is in the toilet or the shower, other can still use the sink.

1. will not having a door at the sink entry be awkward?
2. Will it feel jam inside the toilet/shower room?
3. Should we keep the door outswing or inswing?
4. with left option I should be able to put in a standard 60" double sink. But with the right, do I need to custom build the cabinets given a wall in between (~4" less)

There is a third variation which is #1 with the wall at the end of the vanity like in number two. #2 leaves 30" for the toilet and 30" for the tub, which are minimum dimensions (and 36" for toilet is code-compliant in some areas). Also in #2 you don't have access to plumbing for the tub (or maybe a spot for the showerhead), so at the very least it would have to be flipped the other way.

You may only need one sink, if you divide the bathroom into compartments. On a vanity that is 4-1/2 feet two people won't be able to use two sinks at the same time anyway. (Also in #3 you could consider a pocket door between the two rooms)
