Hansgrohe Raindance - Spray Holes

Hi,
We are in the process of ordering our items for our daughter's bathroom remodel. We are having a slide bar/handheld shower only. I have read very positive reviews re: the raindance handheld shower.

My daughter (only 13) has long, very thick hair. The different sized faces have different # of spray holes. Which is best to rinse out the shampoo/conditioner to get the hair cleansed? Which would have the MOST pressure?

4" = 65 spray holes, 5" = 95 spray holes, 6" = 86 spray holes.

Fewer holes with the same amount of water passing thru makes more pressure. The heads are probably interchangeable so if you want something different later you can do that easily. At least that is the way with our Grohe.
