Bathroom too small for tub, any automatic shower system?

My bathroom is way too narrow and small to house a tub. Is there any shower system that sprays you with lots of water and mists of soap to clean you automatically? I'm looking for a whole cleaning, not just an option for dispensing soap. Please help. Thanks.

Yes, but you probably can 't afford it ... they are used for decontaminating health care staff as they leave an isolation ward.

Convenient, but take up lots of room and cost lotsabux.

There is actually a system developed by a veteran for amputees. It's an add-on so it's not stylish but it is very functional. He also developed a body dryer.
