I am thinking of putting a towel warmer in my bathroom. Looking at the wall mounted models, I realized that in the future, to paint the bathroom will be a big pain trying to get behind the rack.

So, I was thinking a swivel towel warmer would be a better choice. Does anyone have experience with these? Do they work well? Are they more likely to break because they have some sort of moving parts? What brands are best?
