| I really need advice on how to get our contractor to complete our bathroom project. It is now July 20, and the project was supposed to be completed on June 6. For the past 3 weeks he has been promising to send us a start date for completion, but no start date has been received. Now he is not returning our phone calls. |

| Have you paid him in full? What does your contract with him state? Is there a start and completion date? What has he done so far? What does he have left to finish? |
