| Does anyone tip their workers? I'm talking about the electrician, plumber, tile guy, etc? Monetary tips? Or gifts?
Especially if you are paying them directly and not through a General Contractor. Or what about tipping a General Contractor if you're using one? Thoughts pro or con? |

| Yes we do, depending on how they did their jobs. We even tip the cable guy if he is courteous etc. But we have never used a General Contractor, so not sure about that one. |

| I've tipped for someone who went over and above to make something right. I've also tipped for good project input for something I felt really enhanced a project that I hadn't thought of. And once for good artistic input. |
