does anyone have the toto 1525 tub, and is the non slip coating rough if you were to take a soak?

Cat mom has two of them I believe.

Yes we do!!!

We love our 1525's! Bathroom size(s) didn't allow for longer/larger tubs, so these are perfect for the room(s). Ours are installed slightly recessed BTW, which facilitates getting in/out of the tub (plumber's suggestion).

Non-slip grips (circles) are not rough on the "tuches" at all. LOL Just enough grip to prevent slips and spills, but gentle at the same time.

They're generally easy to clean/keep clean, but occasionally I need to give it a very light "scrub" with a Mr. Clean Eraser (eg; when I shower after walking around barefoot all day during the summer months, the no-slip grips sometimes get stubbornly grungy, but the Mr. Clean Eraser cleans them right up).
