Kohler Seaforth Tub - Big enough for 2 kids?

We are remodeling a very small bathroom, and can't fit a 5' tub and meet code. We have two little kids, and are concerned that the Kohler Seaforth (4.5') will be too small to bathe them both (it has a 37" long tub floor). However, we can't find many other small tubs out there. Any advice/experience? Thank you!

I have this tub in a renovation that we are working on. My kids are grown, but I have 2 small grandsons. The bathroom is not ready to use yet (neither is the entire house) I would say that the kids would fit, but it's certainly not roomy.
