I like it where the vanity top and sink are one piece like this design element one, but it's acrylic.

I like ceramic/porcelain more. it comes usually at 48"

questions
1. is acrylic hard to clean?
2. are there porcelain/ceramic double integrated sink at 60"?

I have one-piece acrylic tops in each of my bathrooms.

Positives: Super easy to clean. Long-wearing. Mine were installed in the late 60s/early 70s, and though they do show wear (small scratches), they are still perfectly acceptable. No stains.

Negatives: Lack of customization - you must accept the available standard sizes.
