72" in a master or auxiliary bath? Two sinks in 72" will be sub-optimal / tough. Here's a trick - choose much smaller sinks to maximize counter space. Try wall mount faucets too, for the same reason. Turns out you really don't do that much in the sink to require larger ones ;-) Furniture look - eliminate the toe-kick and go with legs - lots of styles to choose from. Think about drawers in the center, flanked by doors on either side.

There is no reason 72" isn't ample for 2 sink vanity. We have 2 sinks in less than 60".
