Frameless Shower Glass Door Structural

I recently had a frameless shower door installed. The fixed panel on the right is only secured by two clips on the wall. From a structural point of view this seems bad, in that if the glass is bumped it could swing and break at the clips. I expected there would be a clip or two securing the glass to the floor/curb. Currently, the only thing keep the glass from swinging, if bumped is silicone, which will break down over time.

I wanted to know if anyone who has a frameless shower door has this type of installation. I haven't been able to get a hold of the installer.

Here's a photo of the panel
