| My flooring person just emailed me today that she can no longer get AO catarina white floor tile in 12x12. She says I can get the 18x18 for a higher price, but only if I order today, or she will sell me a different brand or carrera-look porcelain that is not rectified and that is even higher priced.
My relationship with this vendor has cooled over the past week as she has refused to honor a big sign in her window saying "115% price match guarantee" for any items I can find cheaper online, and keeps jacking up prices for things that don't make any sense (i.e. $400 to install matte finish tiles on shower wall - ???). Is she telling the truth or is this just another game to get me to commit to spending more money? |
