chipped ceramic tub

While trying to hang a poster in the bathroom, my husband let the framer poster get away from him and it fell, breaking the glass. No biggie. BUT when it fell it made about a dime-sized chip on the edge of the tub, revealing the black under layer. What sort of person do we look for to fix it?

RE: chipped ceramic tub

Can't really be fixed. It can be disguised, temporarily with an enamel paint designed for appliances and tubs. Looks like a bottle of fingernail polish and can be bought at any box store. Will not be a permanent solution. Will have to be reapplied periodically.

RE: chipped ceramic tub

I do surface restoration work and agree with hollysprings.
