REDESIGN Jack and Jill sharing 1/2 bath, 3 tiny closets

We are moving into a small 4 bedrooms and 2 of the bedrooms, Rm1 and Rm2, share a Jack and Jill 1/2 bath, 2 closets and a hallway closet. Rm1 is 10x11 and Rm2 is 10x9.

We are thinking of taking out all 3 closets and make it a full bath with shower only, being that it will be 4.5x11 space without any closets. We will put an IKEA closet in Rm2. What do you think about the plan? In essence, because of the side of the Rm1, we can't afford any closet in that room.

We also will do a pocket door from Rm1 to the new full bath and a regular door to the closet Rm2.

How much are we looking at from your experiences?

$82,739 .... more or less.

You don't specify what sort of finishes you want to use ... tile can go from $2 sq foot up to $250+

Figure out what fixtures you want, what price point tile and cabinetry you want, then get at least three bids from licensed contractors who do bathroom remodels.
