I already asked about this brand on this forum last week , but didn't get any answers . I talked to the one of the reps on faucet direct and she didn't seem very enthusiastic about them . I think Gianni is better known for accessories than for faucets. I finally went with Newport brass . I agree with you the giagni faucets have more character than what is there on the market, but I am not sure about the quality. You can call faucet direct and ask them about this brand again .
