I'm guessing that they are vintage. At least the base. Over the last few days I have looked at hundreds of pedestal sinks and only the antique ones are that beefy. Gosh, I kind of wish this was my bathroom. It's got such a sweet vintage vibe!

It's kind of hard to tell what they look like, since the realtor is using a super-wide lens to distort the room to make it look bigger, but that also widens what's in it. I suspect the farther sink is more the real proportions, so maybe not vintage.
