tieback for shower curtain

Hi
I want to get a tieback in my shower stall (3 feet wide) to keep the curtain open when not in use. It's a pretty floor, and i want the bathroom to look bigger.

I want to sweep the curtain to the right.

Problem is that there is no wall space on either side of the shower stall. It goes from wall to wall. Therefore I have to bolt the hardware on the side. I'm having a hard time finding something in the right shape, as the open end would have to face forward or back toward the right wall (in the second instance, the length of the hook would protrude into the opening--"not too attractive).

OR should I get the kind that's a flat ornament mounted on a post, where the fabric goes between the wall and the ornament? In that case, though, the ornament would face the left shower wall, and the fabric would hang over it, facing front. Not too attractive.

I was also thinking of getting a ring hook, or a regular hook pointing upward, and then just looping a pretty tassel around it.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks!
