Vent Fan location - steam shower

Hi any advice on vent fan location?

The bathroom has a separate water closet and steam shower - Contractor is recommending 1 strong fan located in water closet - wondering if that will be adequate with all the steam generated any recommendations?

Since there's a door on the water closet, I would use a Fantech with dual grilles. It's one fan motor, mounted remotely so it's quiet, and can vent up to 3 locations. I'd put one grille in the water closet and the 2nd one just outside the shower.

Thanks for the great recommendation - I'm looking into this ... I thought the door created a need for a second fan.

With a steam shower, you want a vent right outside the steam shower door. I wouldn't depend on a single vent in the water closet to evacuate moisture in the entire room.

I'll echo hemera's advice. If not two fans, then a single one with two grills.
