What was wrong with the silver?

There are cool silvers and warm silvers. Are you planning on using the same grout for both tiles? I have used Latacrete's Silver Shadow with great results. It, to me, is a cool silver.

Do a sample board! Do not grout without this test.

Soon I will be grouting the shower porcelain, and using Latacrete's Sterling Silver, which is warmer to me, and slightly darker, so I will be mixing with some white in a 1:2 ratio. One part Sterling and 2 parts White. I have done this with my other installations with excellent results.

The Silver Shadow is very light though and I didn't lighten that one with my first bath remodel.

I had used the Calacatta Supreme marble tiles along with the white glazed tiles shown here. The Calacatta Supreme comes in a gold, grey and white colors so you can choose the color that best suits your white glazed tiles from these.
