I'd suggest you look into Victoria Albert tubs. Pay attention to the hot water requirements of a new tub. Many buy a tub without being aware of what it takes to feed it. I've had the VA Asia model in our last two homes. I bought the demo model when the Plumbing Supply house was changing out their displays. Big discount that way.

I ordered the Isis Slipper Tub from Tyrrell and Laing. Not installed yet so no real life feedback. I really liked that they are made right here in the USA and I'm trying to keep it that way for most of the products in my master bath remodel.

@prbetsi75 I have that same tub on my list to get for the new house.. does the center drain bother you? And in your pics, it looks like the top rim around isn't on straight? or is it just the angle in the picture? tia!

@jackfre I have been looking for Victoria & Albert reviews and have only found a few from customers but they are all positive. I've been considering cast iron vs. VA. I am looking for a small tub and I am considering the VA Shropshire tub. There is no place close (Knoxville) to see it or try it out unfortunately so I may have order it sight unseen. I am petite and smaller tubs are more comfortable for me.
