Hi, I have got the exact same issue with these tiles in two of my bathrooms. They mark as soon as they come in contact with liquid unless it is wiped away immediately and if it is urine ( I have two small boys whose aim isn't the best ) then even if wiped immediately the tiles still mark. I appreciate your post is over 3.5 years ago but have you had any joy from contacting Porcelanosa ?

I've had a porcelanosa engineer come around twice to try and clean the tiles with an acid solution and also Flash Febreeze cleaning fluid and it hasn't shifted all of the marks.

Please let me know what has happened with your tiles .

ive had no luck,,,complained to shop but just told to clean with Deterdek, but that did not work..trying to get their rep out but taking forever, its a massive problem and looks terrible, we have a lot of condensation and when it drys it just leaves these big almost oily patches where the water has dried into the tile, rubbish...

This is going to sound really odd, but when we redid our master bathroom I noticed a couple of spots on the new tile as well. I tried wiping it off, scrubbing it, etc.. Nothing worked. I wondered if the sealer used in the grout stained the tile (?) anyway, we went to Lowes and bought some tile cleaner but were afraid to use it on the tile. Then my husband reached down to the spot, suck his finger in his mouth and wiped the spots off with his saliva.. I can't make this up lol.. The spots came off. We both laughed and returned the cleaner to Lowes. I don't know if my spots are the same as yours, but it worked for us.
