Help! Roman tub does not accept deck faucet!

We are in the final stages of our house (thankfully!) and the freestanding roman tub (Mirolin Azzura Kuma) is ready to be installed. Unfortunately I just realized (way too late) that the tub does not come apart in 2 pieces (as most freestanding tubs do), and does not accept deck-mounted faucets. The issue is that the bathroom tile is installed and it is a heated floor, so now the floor cannot be cut.

Is anyone aware of a solution to either
1) adapt a floor-filler to access the water supply pipes (pex piping) that are currently located next to the drain pipe in the floor.
Or
2) adapt the tub to accommodate a deck mounted faucet. I have already purchased the Moen Rizon faucet http://www.moen.ca/rizon/chrome-two-handle-low-arc-roman-tub-faucet/_/R-CA-CONSUMER%3AT935
But it can be returned if need be.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
