I have an older turquoise tub that has white streaks on it.

I believe it happened when the tile above was cleaned with bleach tile cleaner. When the tub is wet it looks fine, but turns white when it drys. First I thought it was a soap film, but its not. The bleach in the cleaner must have ruined the finish. Is there anything I can use to put a shine on the tub? The streaks are on the sides and look like run marks.
