We are in the midst if having a frameless shower glass wall installed. It has no clips, but rather the company routs a channel in the tile wall and curb, and sets the glass in the channel in epoxy, No leaks, no clips, no frames. You might want to search for companies that specialize in this type of installation in your area. Here's a link to our installer, but they're in central KY.

Add a stabilizing (support) bar from the free upper corner of the panel to the opposite wall.

Originally we had thought of going with a single large piece of glass -- floor to ceiling -- but there's no way to get it in the door.

1) good idea about setting in a tile groove--we do have tile on both those surfaces.
2) Thought about the horizontal bar, but am not crazy about how it looks.

Designer suggested 3 floor to ceiling slightly overlapping glass panels.

In this case the tile is greenish so we **might** go with regular rather than starphire--but use starphire in our downstairs shower which has blue and orange tile.
