slip resistant mat for bath tub

Posted by honugirl (My Page) on

I just had a bathtub refinished and it looks like new. I was told not to use a bath mat that has suction cups. Can anyone recommend a slip resistant option? Please tell me where I can purchase this.
Thanks in advance.

RE: slip resistant mat for bath tub

Take a look at any WalMart, Target, Depot or Lowes for a perforated bath mat. With a refinished tub, you should lift any mat regularly and hang over the skirt or on a towel bar so the water/soap scum won't fester underneath which will cause staining.

I never heard of a perforated bath mat. I learned something new today!
I'll go shop for one tomorrow.

Aloha Todd!
