Why not put a hinge limiter on the bathroom door so it can't slam into the linen closet door?

Could you just leave the closet door off the linen closet and just make the space open shelves that are only seen when the bathroom door is closed?

Would a bi-fold door work?

Wow, great ideas...I might do the curtain or bi-fold door.

I don't think the hinge stop would work because the door knobs jut out so far they bang together before the actual doors come close to touching.

I looked up barn doors and yikes! Had no idea they are that pricey.
