Wider bathtub for shower?

I have a 30" x 60" Kohler Villager tub in a secondary bath. We are planning a remodel of that bathroom, but feel like we need to keep a tub for resale. The one that is there now seems so small, and I thought I could get one that is a little larger that would feel roomier for showers. I was surprised to see in the Kohler specs that alot of the bathtubs that are 32" wide actually have a smaller standing space than my Villager.
Can anybody recommend a nice roomy feeling 32" wide tub? I read an earlier post (that I can't find now) about someone that said even a couple of inches wider made a huge difference in how roomy it felt.
Thanks!

RE: Wider bathtub for shower?

My Kohler Expanse is a standard width at each end, but bows out in the center to give you a lot of extra space to shower. I like it a lot. I had to give up on a separate shower, so the Expanse was a great compromise. I'm not sure of the dimensions. It may be 32 at each end.

Here is a link that might be useful: Expanse
