Sauna heaters - N E 1 installed one lately?

we r lucky enuf to have a small (8x5) sauna room tastefully done in cedar and teak with pull down-from-wall benches so that the space can double as a spacious shower. (Floor has 3 removeable slat platforms...drain underneath in center; shower is in wall at one end)
We need to replace the sauna heater.
Current one is Helo but at least 25 yrs old and not outputting sufficient heat. Our sense is that there likely are better models on the market.
