Help ASAP with minimum clearances: tub, toilet, vanity

I bought a 32" wide tub to replace a 30" tub, and now I'm not sure if I need to have the plumber move over the plumbing lines for toilet and sink. Photo of old setup:

New setup will have everything in the same locations but 2" wider tub; 3" smaller toilet (from 19.5" wide Kohler 5 gal. to 16.5" wide Toto Ultramax) and vanity. The old vanity was 54.5" wide. I'm planning a RH Hutton 55.75" wide vanity, although if y'all tell me that I'm making a dire mistake I can switch to the Cartwright vanity (48" wide).

I've drawn everything on the plywood subfloor in permanent marker and it all looks fine, but thought I might need second opinions.

Tile contractor starts tomorrow!
