Lascatx--I am 5'3" as is one of my daughters. The other two girls are 5'10". While the girls lived at home, they used the tub as a shower base and only occasionally used the tub. Now that they are mostly gone, the tub is only used by me for baths.

I did not sit in any other tubs before buying it--it was the only tub I could use--long explanation, but I had to install the tub with the short side facing the front so the tub needed to have absolutely vertical sides to avoid slipping when entering the tub. The Greek tub was pretty much the only tub I could find like that. Luckily, I really like it. The armrests are nicely placed. And while I obviously cannot stretch my legs out all the way, I am not sitting bunched up either.

Why don't you try to mock something up. Use a wall as the back of the tub, and put something else vertical however many inches away the far wall would be. Look at the dimensions on Kohler's web site--it will give the interior length at the bottom.

Checked the Kohler website. The bathing well is 36" long and 21" wide.

I will see what I can do. Sitting inthe computer chair holding a measuring tape wasn't giving me a good feeling, but deep soaking sounds nice.
