Robern makes three levels of med cabs; PLM and M are the middle and high end, I don't remember the lowest price point model "name." We have PLM series med cabs in two bathrooms, and an M series in the MB (we didn't get any of the add-on's but wanted 6" depth and that's only available in the M series).

I don't know how affordable or not the lowest price series is, but can vouch for the quality of the other two.

Does it have to exactly fit your opening or could that still be adjusted? We have a Kohler Mirror Cabinet in the hall bathroom and are happy with it. The Kohler Single door 15"W x 26"H x 5"D aluminum cabinet- K-CB-CLC1526FS is a bit bigger than your requirements I am sure you can get it for less than the manufacturer's recommended $184.5 if you google.

Try IKEA. They have some great deals on bathroom materials. We got 2 there to stack where we used to have a tall cab over our toilet. They were quite reasonable and were bigger than what you'd need. Your size would be even cheaper.

The Robern may work, but if I recall correctly they're also pretty expensive.I'll check tomorrow and otherwise I may just have to use what I bought. The price is right!

Hi. My new med cab is a Robern. It sure is solid as a rock, and is unframed with beveled glass. As I recall it wasn't inexpensive but not outrageous, either. I send pics if that would help.

I used Nutone cabinets and I am really happy with them. They are of good quality with mirrors on the inside of the door and the back of the cabinet. I got 14x35 polished edge. They sit flush except for the door that is probably a half inch thick. Got it on line and they shipped it out. They have many size choices and different depths 4" - 6".
