Lighting for kid's bathroom

I figured out my MB lighting (thanks to GW help)....now onto the kid's bathroom!
I am trying to decide on two fixtures (one over each sink) vs one long fixture in the middle.
The vanity space is 60" wide, and there will be one big framed mirror.
