Sign Of The Crab--- good or bad?

I am curious what everyone thinks about this company... If the are higher end, good quality. I want to hear good or bad, I can't find more then two reviews out there, but their stuff looks really nice.
I am looking at their thermostatic exposed shower and their bridge faucet, both in polished nickel.
