| i'm in the middle of a budget bathroom renovation. It's a full bath, rather than a powder room. The vanity is a light brown maple. I haven't selected a vanity yet. The tiles are Laufen's Chateau Arctic white which is a light, mottled grey/white and a tiny trace of tan tones. White tub and toilet. Polished nickel fixtures. Because it functions as a guest bath, I wanted a little dressier look than the basic Pottery Barn, (but nothing too fussy), so because time is short, and I have had no luck finding anything in the stores, I thought I'd have a shower curtain and Roman shade made out of white/navy toile fabric I had. If I do that, what color would I paint the walls? Any suggestion for the vanity top? |

| What about pale terracotta for the walls? That would look great with the navy in the fabric. I'd coordinate the vanity with the floor tile. |
