penny tile disaster--how to fix?

This tile was installed by a professional tile contractor.

As you can see from the photo, EVERY seam from the tile sheets is clearly visible. It should look like one field of tiles.

What can be done at this point to fix it, short of ripping it out? Is there any kind of grout dye to make the grout black so that the seams are not visible? Thanks.
