| Hi -- we are beginners ... and just beginning! Feeling very overwhelmed with tile choices for our shower walls, and floors. We want tile that is easy to maintain (no on-going sealing or other maintenance required), extememly durable (don't have to worry about mishaps with cleaning fluids ruining it), and stain resistant. I just love the look of limestone, but have heard that harsh cleaners can ruin. Should we just settle on plain old ceramic or porcelain? Also, does anyone have any great sites they can recommend that would help us with the basic ins & outs of evaluating pros/cons of different kinds of tile (ceramic, natural stone, etc.). Thank you so much:) |
