Need help - 7' x 12' bath (correction)

Sorry attached wrong picture...

I'm attaching two floorplans for my 7'x 12' bath reno. I'd like to get a shower, tub, 2 sinks & toilet into the bath but its tight. Someone has suggested using a wet room but I'm not sure how practical that is and I'm afraid we'd be bumping into each other with sinks on opposite sides.
Any comments or alternative plans would be appreciated.
Thanks
Gina

I like the one on the LH side. The RH photo with opposing sinks wouldn't work for my lifestyle, since my DH and I use the bathroom at the same time getting ready for work - that aisle isn't wide enough for 2 people back to back, I think.

You might wish to look into using a wall-mount toilet to give yourself some extra room there. I can see someone using the toilet and getting their knees banged by a spouse barging in without knocking....!
