Double sconces

We are remodeling the upstairs bathroom in our 1870 house. Having the mirror, vanity and linen cupboard doors custom made. The vanity mirror will be 25" x 40" and I want a sconce on each side. I found an exhaust fan I love with 4 hanging lights. The only sconces to match are either double or triple. I can't find any pictures of double sconces on either side of a bathroom mirror. Would they look funny?

If you haven't, post your question on the discussions side of this forum. You've posted here on the gallery side where people post pics of completed photos. I have double sconces in my bath. Search for treetop and you'll find my pics. Search from the bottom of the page, not the place at the top.
