| 5'x8' guest bath that used to be the boys' bath. Still to be done: hardware to be installed, teak base to go in shower and frameless shower doors
Tiles: Porcelanosa Area Ubatek 12"x12"; Eidos Ambar Ceramic Mosaic; Ferroker Caldera 24"x17" floor.
