arch over alcove tub area anyone?

I am considering putting an arch over the alcove tub at the back of my small hallway bathroom. Has anyone tried that? Do you like the look? There is a canned light in the ceiling over the tub so I think it would create a little alcove glow with the light on. The bathroom is small so I wonder if it would break up the space too much. I can't figure out how to add a pic.
