| Concrete block foundation, 8' underground, suggested waterproofing products? Has anyone used the liquid rubber products from either Ames or Aquaseal? |

| If you're not backfilled, asphalt cutback followed by a polyethylene dimpled membrane, such as Delta, is very effective. An even higher-standard of protection is to combine a roll-on or spray-on rubber membrane followed by the membrane. But don't forget the basics--properly installed weeping tiles, free-flowing fill (ideally topped by clay), sloped yard, downspouts away from the foundation. |
