Bamboo floor on heated concrete?

Hi. We live in the Minneapolis area and we are thinking of finishing our walk-out basement. The house is 2 years old and we installed Wisbro heating system all throughout the basement floor. I really don't like the look and feel of ceramic/porcelain tiles in basement, so I am considering installing bamboo floors. What are the negative aspects? BTW, our lot is pretty sloped so chances of a flood coming from outside are pretty darn slim. Thanks!!!!

Most recommendations for installing wood/bamboo flooring involve a floating system. If you use care in selecting the appropriate bamboo and installing it correctly it should be okay. After installation, it is important to maintain appropriate relative humidity and continuous use of the radiant heating.
