I just removed old linoleum tiles from the concrete basement floor. Adhesive black tar residue is left on the floor. I plan on putting down vapor barrier and insalling laminate floor on top. Is there any other prep work that I need to do prior to installing laminate? Floor is level with no major cracks, some small ones. The room is about 400 sf. Thanks.
