| I am rehabbing an older home - in the basement in some areas I have 6 1/2 feet ceiling heights. I was wondering what I can do creatively to use the space when ceiling space heights are limited. Do I just call it the kids space and just have it for their rec room? Thoughts? |

| I've known a couple of guys who were 6'6" and their favourite places were the distant basement corners of their century homes with 6'2" high ceilings. Whatever you call it, be sure there are safe exits. An egress window is a must if any part of it is used for sleeping. |
