Anyone heard/use biozap for mold?

I found it doing an internet search. However, when I try to find 3rd party verification that it works, I keep running into the same lengthy description copied from their web site. It appears that the manufacturer is spreading their literature on forums and trying to pass it off as independent verification. Makes me suspicious. But if it works? Who cares.

Daniel Freedman's Inspectapedia has the biggest source of links and product-neutral info on mould that I've found on the net.

You might want to poke around there before buying a single wonder product.

Here is a link that might be useful: How to Clean Mould....

BioZap is a tea tree oil based product. Do some research on tea tree oil and you'll find lots of data. It's antifungal and antibacterial properties are really quite amazing.

Why use harsh chemicals when you can use a natural, safe and effective alternative

I haven't used Biozap, so can't comment, but I have had good results with Concrobium- I used the fogger in the (unfinished) basement, cleared it right up, but I also put in perimeter french drains to the sump, so the basement is now dry.
