| I just framed and built a closet. I have to finish two outside corners. Others in the basement have been abused and are chipped / dented etc. I am wondering if that plastic stuff made for corners could be installed and how much protection it would offer. I friend suggested running a suspended ceiling grid corner piece vertically on the outside corners for durability....thoughts... |

| You can use bullnose structural laminate corners that are dent resistant. Here, people who play ball hockey and such in their basements don't finish them in other than plywood. |
